Exchages and Returns
Our policy allows 21 days from delivery for customer to request a return, for which you must inform of us within that time frame, and 30 days from the customer's original delivery date to arrive at our facility for return. All of our orders are inspected by the logistics center; the item must be returned in original condition and not have been worn to be accepted as a return. We do not refund shipping charge
Additional non-returnable items:
Intimates, Swimwear, Hosiery, Fragrances, Beauty products, Voucher offers, Red Sale and other extra-markdown event items, Gift Cards, and other select items, which will be noted on the product description page. These items are for final sale only.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If the return is a result of the wrong item, a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will refund you the full amount of the purchase in the original form of payment with no additional shipping charge.
Return Policies and Exceptions
Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and undamaged and with all Fashion ResPublica and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
· All returned items must have their original tags. Any attached tags are unbroken.
· Items must be returned in their undamaged original packaging:
For apparel, shoes and accessories, this may include, but is not limited to, hangers, plastic bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes,certificates and dust bags, where applicable.

How do I initiate a return?
If a product is eligible for return you will be able to submit a return by going to the "My Orders" tab on the My Account page. Click on "Process Return" next to the order containing the item you would like to return. Once you have completed the return online, you will receive an email with a shipping label within two business days. Print this label and follow the instructions in the email to return your items. Please include a copy of your packing slip with the items you are returning.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Fashion ResPublica. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
